At Curtains Dubai, we are committed to delivering high-quality curtains, blinds, and window treatments designed to match each customer’s unique style and requirements. Since most of our products are custom-made and confirmed manually before production, this Return & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns or refunds may be processed.

1. Customized and Made-to-Measure Products

Most of our curtains and blinds are tailored according to customer measurements, fabric selections, and design preferences.
Therefore, returns or refunds are not applicable once stitching or production begins, except in cases of product defects or errors as detailed below.

Before production or installation, every order is individually confirmed via phone or email to ensure complete clarity regarding:

  • Fabric type and texture
  • Color and design pattern
  • Measurements and fitting details
  • Installation requirements

Once the customer provides final approval, the order moves into production and cannot be cancelled.

2. Eligible Return or Replacement Cases

We only accept return or replacement requests in the following situations:

  • The delivered product is damaged, defective, or not as described.
  • The wrong size, fabric, color, or model was provided compared to the confirmed order.
  • A manufacturing or stitching defect is identified and reported immediately upon delivery or installation.

In such cases, customers must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery and provide relevant photos or proof of the issue.
After verification, our team will arrange for replacement, repair, or service correction at no additional cost.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-stitched or made-to-measure curtains and blinds.
  • Fabrics cut to size based on customer specifications.
  • Products installed by the customer or a third party without Curtains Dubai supervision.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper storage after delivery.

4. Refund Process (if applicable)

If a refund is approved after inspection, it will be processed within 7–10 business days using the same payment method (if applicable).

Refunds are only applicable when:

  • The product cannot be replaced due to unavailability.
  • The issue was verified before installation or stitching.

5. Customer Support

Our support team is always ready to assist with product or service-related concerns.
We encourage all customers to confirm every detail — including fabric, size, and color — before finalizing their order to ensure satisfaction.
